This Gluten-free Broccoli Lentil Pancakes recipe is Vegetarian & Refined Sugar-free too and its preparation time is 30 minutes.

  • 1/4 cup moong bean sprouted
  • 4tbsp chickpea flour
  • ½ cup grated broccoli
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Water as required to make batter
  • 1 tsp coconut oil/avocado oil to cook
  • Blend the moong bean, chickpea flour and 2 tbsp water into a batter.
  • It should be pouring consistency but not runny.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Rest for 10 mins.
  • Mix again and adjust consistency with water as needed.
  • On a medium flame heat a skillet and add coconut oil. pour 1-2 tbsp of batter at a time and spread. Cover and cook on both sides till evenly golden.
  • You can serve it with your favourite salsa/dip or just Greek yoghurt by the side.
