- 1/4 cup moong bean sprouted
- 4tbsp chickpea flour
- ½ cup grated broccoli
- 1 tsp fennel seeds1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Water as required to make batter
- 1 tsp coconut oil/avocado oil to cook
- Blend the moong bean, chickpea flour and 2 tbsp water into a batter.
- It should be pouring consistency but not runny.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Rest for 10 mins.
- Mix again and adjust consistency with water as needed.
- On a medium flame heat a skillet and add coconut oil. pour 1-2 tbsp of batter at a time and spread. Cover and cook on both sides till evenly golden.
- You can serve it with your favourite salsa/dip or just Greek yoghurt by the side.
