This Gluten-free Beetroot, Walnut and Flax Hummus recipe is Vegan & Refined Sugar-free too and its preparation time is 35 minutes.

  • 1 Cup Chickpeas
  • 0.25 Cup(s) Dill weed, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp, Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds, Raw, Cbm
  • 1 Cup (8 fl oz) Water
  • 0.50 Tsp Salt
  • 0.50 Tsp(s) Red Chilli Powder
  • 3 pieces Beetroot
  • 2 Tbsp Flaxseed, golden, ground
  • Roast the beetroot in a preheated oven at 400F for 30mins. Cool and peel.
  • Put all ingredients together in a blender and blend till smooth.
  • Add water to adjust consistency.
  • Serve with a slice of multigrain toast or cracker.
