- 1 Cup Chickpeas
- 0.25 Cup(s) Dill weed, fresh
- 2 Tbsp, Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds, Raw, Cbm
- 1 Cup (8 fl oz) Water
- 0.50 Tsp Salt
- 0.50 Tsp(s) Red Chilli Powder
- 3 pieces Beetroot
- 2 Tbsp Flaxseed, golden, ground
- Roast the beetroot in a preheated oven at 400F for 30mins. Cool and peel.
- Put all ingredients together in a blender and blend till smooth.
- Add water to adjust consistency.
- Serve with a slice of multigrain toast or cracker.
